The condo will sleep 8 comfortably and still have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.  The tile floors throughout makes our condo very beach friendly. The kitchen is fully supplied for all your home cooked meals.  It features all new appliances and granite counters. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, and two bedrooms.  The living room has a internet 65" TV and also a BluRay DVD Player.  We also have a bluetooth stereo as well. Free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are suites with their own bathrooms along with a full bathroom off the dining area.  The master bath has just been remodeled with a walk in shower. King size beds in the two bedrooms downstairs & 2 queens upstairs. We also have a full size washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay. 
The large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We have all the beach gear you will need when you head to the beach, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand mats, umbrellas, beach towels and toys for the little ones. We even have a fold up wagon to help you get everything there. The is also helpful for hauling groceries up to the condo. For the 'little ones', there is also a Pack-n-Play portacrib, a high chair and a stroller. Other items are available for rental. There are two companies listed on our Maui Information page.

Aloha & Welcome to our 3 bedroom Kamaole Sands Condo
This beautiful, totally remodeled 3 bedroom / 3bath condo is located on the top floor with a beautiful ocean views from ourlanai.  We purchased this condo in August 2013 and have repainted the entire condo, added new furniture and furnishings.  This very spacious 1484 Sq ft, with all bedrooms separated from each other which provides privacy for all.  There is a Central 3 way split AC system with separate controllers for the living room, master bedroom and loft bedroom. We also have a free standing AC unit in the forward bedroom. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, and many fans, for most days when the AC is not needed.
