Rental Policies

$155 Cleaning-Resort         17.42% Hawaii State Tax          20% Deposit to hold reservation          Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Guests will pay the Kamaole Sands Resort Fee and Castle's Check in Fee upon arrival 

Security Deposits --- A minimum security deposit of $400 hold is due prior to arrival. We will just place a hold on your card and will release the hold barring any damage to the condo or breach of the rental agreement. Refund  will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.

The condo has one bedroom and 2 baths, that will sleep 4.  A queen bed in the bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests, or kids.  The extra bath is very nice to have with 4 people.  The tile floors throughout makes it very beach friendly.  The kitchen, we have completed a full remodel of our kitchen and also both bathrooms.  New appliances, cabinets and granite counters. We have re-arranged the kitchen so the condo is much more open.  We have it fully supplied for your home cooked meals.  There is a TV & DVD in both the bedroom and living room.  Have a iPhone or iPod/MP3 player?  We have a stereo for it as well.  There is free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected.  The extra large lanai has a table and seating along with a futon for lounging while taking in the view. Since our lanai is covered and faces to the south-west we do not get the blazing afternoon sun, so you can use the lanai anytime.  Its like having another room.  The storage closet on the lanai is where you will find the tennis rackets and all the beach gear you may need; boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrella and even a cooler on wheels to take to the beach, and beach towels.  The condo even has its own washer and dryer for your convenience.  For families with "little ones", cribs and other items are available for rental, just inquire when booking.

Aloha & Welcome to our wonderful Kamaole Sands Condo
Just across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui.  Our condo is on the 3rd floor, and an end unit, which makes it very quiet and with the extra side window makes it very open and bright.  We have a ocean view from the very large lanai.  This just feels like "home". There is central split air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom along with ceiling fans in each room. There is also a in-wall fan in the bedroom for the times the air conditioning is not needed.
